The ‘Employees' page in Admin sees several updates:
- Links to Hierarchy and Reporting Groups as buttons on the top of the page, rather than the drop down list from the ‘Employees’ tab
- Employee settings page introduced via the cog symbol. This page moves some configurations from the ‘System Settings’ page, and introduces more options. Updates are:
- Move image selector and director account sharing settings from system settings into this page
Ability to turn paper invites on or off (offline employees, only for Pro or Global subscription levels)
Ability to hide redemption if no balance
From this page, there’s an options link:
Disable/re-enable login (moved from ‘Sign On’ section in system settings) - stops or activates login for employees
Resend Invites - Will resend invite email to all users not registered
Relaunch Program - Takes program back to pre-launched status. This should only be used if you mistakenly launch the program too early, or you are closing the system temporarily to make some configuration or branding changes to then re-launch the program.
Purge Employee Data - Can only be executed if in Pre-Launch status. Wipes all employee/position/budget data so you can re-start set up.
System Settings
Improved interface for all System Settings:
Administrators now have control over the company and program name used in email communications.
Moved ‘Documents’ to ‘Add-Ons’ section
‘Support’ has it’s own tab
Profile image selection and director account sharing settings have moved to ‘Employees’ tab.
Expenses
Expenses has moved to the ‘Add-On’ section. Pro clients can enable and disable the Expenses feature at any time:
