Partner Appreciation
We’re excited to introduce Partner Appreciation! This innovative feature takes recognition to the next level by empowering third parties such as customers, patients, suppliers, vendors, and contractors to directly celebrate the hard work and contributions of your employees. Partner Appreciation bridges the gap between your organisation and its external stakeholders, creating a broader culture of recognition and appreciation. By showcasing the real-world impact of your employees’ efforts, this feature not only motivates your team but also strengthens your relationships with the people and organisations you collaborate with every day.
This feature is available to all clients and across all feature sets for no additional fee. Simply go to the ‘Add-Ons’ tab in admin to run through a wizard to turn the feature on:
Once active, you can download your employee data, which will include a unique URL for each employee. It’s this URL that your customers, suppliers, vendors, patients will use to submit their appreciation. The third party will complete a simple form:
All Partner Appreciations are stored in the administration system for you to review where you can edit the comment, decline or approve. On approving you can optionally add a financial reward, a post is created on the wall and emails go to the employee being recognised and their line manager.

New Manage Employee Admin Page
The layout of the manage an employee page has been updated to improve usability and include elements of Partner Appreciation. Updates include:
Employees unique URL for Partner Appreciation
History of their Partner Appreciations will the ability to edit, decline or approve them
Clear notifications if the employees account isn’t set up correctly or their email address has bounced
Role, hierarchy and reporting access management is on a separate tab
